PC Crashing To Desktop Without an Error - Seconds After The Game Launches

Title. My screen goes white, like usual before going into the game then immediately crashed. I see the RL icon in my taskbar as this is happening then it just disappears.

Verified download, cleared cache, rebooted Steam, rebooted PC, uninstalled-reinstalled, uninstalled-reinstalled on different SSD - Same issue over and over.

Have never run into this and played yesterday without any issues. Today, CTD.

Any insight? Any help is appreciated.
