Sounds not working

Gen 2 R1S DMP 35 days old and 2478 miles in. Latest update install last week. And everything had been great so far.

All sounds just stopped working from vehicle. The media does show that it’s playing. Video too works fine but no sound. I’ve tried all the media sources, Bluetooth, you tube native app. Even the system sounds, blinkers and sensors don’t have any sound at all.

Tried a couple of soft resets and a hard reset
