If you have a prosthetic heart, which costs 230 Silver, you can install it to obtain the more valuable organic heart, which costs 1200 Silver
Saw this on Rimworld wiki today and now can't get it out of my head. Countrary to most(?) players I don't harvest organs from prisoners unless my pawns need a donor or I have an Ideology that allows it. I really dislike to upset my pawns with stacking -5 mood debuff for organ harvesting and opinion loss. I prefer to keep their mood as high as possible for consant inspirations. While it was known to me that bionic heart replaces natural and it drops as an item, I never thought of doing same with much cheaper prosthetics. This operation shouldn't give mood debuff, right? I think not. At work now so can't check it. Turns out, TIL a new way to torture prisoners before executing them or doing gladiator duel.
