Payment to receive

Hello, I am from india, I don't have revolute account with me. Now I got a mail regarding a payment from Revolute business that my recruiter ( Irish company) has sent me an amount through revolute. To receive this amount what should I do. Or is it going get credited directly to my bank account? Do i need to open a account with Revolute business?
