Real Estate Investment Courses

I’m interested in purchasing an investment property before the end of this year. Before I jump into anything I would like to do my research and take any courses that are relative to real estate investment. Anyone can suggest any platforms and specific courses that would be helpful when you’re about to purchase a rental property.

I’m not interested in reading any real estate books I would prefer online courses or seminars if there are any out there.
