Waterfall Countertop or No

House is in a rough area of Atl. $350k price point. First time homebuyer with kids will probably be the buyer. 3 bed 2 bath 1775 square feet.

We have a 6ft island with quartz carrara countertops. debating on spending the extra $1000 to make it a waterfall. I personally really like them, but not sure if it’s worth it given the area & price point- will it add value/ help sell quicker.
