Soundcloud not appearing on Rekordbox v 7

I have recently bought the FLX-4 and downloaded Rekordbox with the hardware unlock option.

I have registered the controller etc & rekordbox is in performance mode. I have also selected Soundcloud in the settings - layout tab.

iTunes appears on the side, but this does not happen with Soundcloud.

There doesn't seem to be many people encountering this issue on reddit and I would really appreciate some help as the inquiry section on the rekordbox website wasn't very helpful.

I am totally new to all of this so I am a bit miffed atm.
