What is your experience with CRM / Order management systems like Areyo, HD Photo hub, Spiro etc.?

They cost money and take some of the paper work off your table. I also fear the contact to the agents gets a bit damaged when I automate so much of the process. I already have an invoice Programm (Lexoffice).

Would your recommend any of these system or maybe it's best to consider an own booking system over my homepage?
