Mlm App login error, multiple devices

I’ve tried calling customer support and have also submitted an email support request. I’m currently unable to use my MLM because I am unable to login to the app. I keep getting an “error” message when trying - I’ve tried logging in on WiFi, on cellular data, I’ve tried restarting my iPhone, I’ve tried using my iPad, I’ve tried reinstalling the app, about at my wits end. I’ve also tried creating a new account but get stuck at the email verification with another “error” message.

Anyone else having this issue or a similar issue? Anything to try that I haven’t thought of already?

I haven’t used the launch monitor in about two months but I don’t think that should really matter.
