Are brown and darker skinned people used by jews as biological weapons to destroy countries?

I am genuinely asking because I know this is a completley racist point but I can't refute it, instagram reels is full of shit like this and it seems like everyone is agreeing with this sentiment. Why are only white countries multicultural and not other racial countries? Oh its because (((they))) want to destroy us. Like wtf am I supposed to say how do I know if the bullshit they believe is actually true or not? They show clips of india being dirty and I just.... what do I do? Maybe being against racism is bad.
