How often do you remind yourself that you are going to die one day? Do you resolve the thought with a response or suppress it and move on?

Every now and then this thought pops in mind. Sometimes I repress it. Actually, most of the time I repress it - because it bares no relevance to my daily tasks and whilst you can plan for retirement etc., you can’t really plan for death.

I’d be interested in hearing how other deal with this thought?
