Why does everyone hate lair?

Ive been playing ranked recently and i swear everyone always bans lair. I main glaz so that map is one of my favorites, yet anytime it pops up in the rotation its instantly banned. If i manage to convince my team to ban something else (like consulate bank or nighthaven) the other team just bans it. Whats wrong with lair?
