Ranked is a fucking joke

Can someone explain why I can't go a single game without a emerald or diamond top fragging on the opposite team, or some diamond 2 on my team taking all the kills and going 17 and 2.

How in the fuck are some people that are emerald still in silver lobbies. I can't begin to comprehend this bullshit. It drives me up the wall. I'm tired of getting stomped by people 3 times my elo this late into the season.
