Update on my case of missing obsidian skin…

2 months ago I wrote a case to Shitsofts support regarding my missing obsidian skin which magically disappeared from my locker one day. Now they finally decided to answer my case and according to them the problem has been solved… so they closed the case. I‘ve sent them proof of purchasing the Year 2 pass before February 7th 2018 and also screenshots and videos when my account name is seen and I have the skin equipped but still they claim to not have enough proof. So i’m just wondering if anyone ever had their issues solved by this, what seems to be, worst support team by a AAA company? It’s also very unprofessional that each message they send seems to be AI-written and never even from the same person.

What are your experiences with the support like? Are they always this unhelpful..?
