I accidentally leveled sword mastery to lvl 10 as a rogue, and I can't get lvl 10 plagiarism/intimate. Should I reset?

Gank/snatcher rogue for farming, no reset stat so I have to make new character if one wants a reset. In a x1 rate server so it's kinda hell to level again but the lvl 9 plagiarism kinda bugging me out. Dunno if I keep it as is or go make new char for lvl 10 plagiarism.
