Increased chewing behaviour, increased appetite for hay

Ahoy. New to reddit, brand new to this thread, not new to the intertoobwebz and forums, I’ll try to get up to speed here asap…

I have a female calico lop ear bun that I ( literally ) rescued off the street a couple months ago. Based on her weight and appearance we think she’s a Holland Lop. Her vet estimates her at about 4 years or maybe a little more. She is currently about 3 pounds 12 ounces, up from 3-6 when I found her. She was un-altered when I rescued her and has a dulap, but it’s not very big. Since rescuing her I had a bot-fly larva in her neck dealt ( with right away ) , a belly wound and infections treated, and any and all treatments her bun-savy vet has recommended along the way. About 3-4 weeks ago I had her spayed. Prior to spaying I had a hard time finding something she would gnaw on - she had no interest in any wood items I would buy her. I also had a hard time getting her to eat hay. I managed to get her eating hay with enthusiasm after a couple weeks, but as for her teeth, she showed only a little interest in pumice blocks, and won’t touch wood. SINCE being spayed, she has destroyed a pumice block in the space of two weeks, and her appetite for hay has gone up quite a bit. I’m not as worried about the increased appetite for hay ( yes, she also gets about 5 kinds of green leafy veg twice a day, plus treats in moderation ), but I’m seriously worried about how vigorously she’s grinding her teeth on the pumice blocks I’m giving her. I’m going to contact her vet this week about it, but I was hoping to get some input/insight from experienced rabbit care-givers. How much grinding and chewing is normal? Can buns over grind their teeth? Is that a health concern? Like I said, I'm going to try and talk to her vet this week, but feedback would be greatly appreciated.
