Pals again!

It’s been a long few months with my 4 rabbits that suddenly reduced to 3 mid-December but everything is settled down more now that my couple is back together! My boy Wally went through glaucoma that led to eye removal at the end of October which left him separated from his partner Winnie for a long while after his surgery.
He looked pretty gnarly and probably smelled unrecognizable right after his procedure so Winnie was kinda freaked out by him for a few weeks. (Wally and Winnie in the video) She is no longer freaked out by him thank goodness!

My other pair, Wanda and Wes is now just Wanda who is an energetic younger solo bun who has adjusted fine after losing Wes. We’re still waiting to know what happened to Wesley, the main guess right now is that he quickly succumbed to cancer but we’ll know for sure once the necropsy results arrive. She gets lots of attention from us and in the future we’ll consider finding her another compatible friend but for now she loves seeing my couple through the enclosure separation wall
