Brynn Podcast Cover Art Editing?

Is the editing of this cover art very strange or ?? Not at all talking about her looks but the way she’s just a floating 2D cutout…the lack of depth/perspective/shadows (??) + that white orb gradient are bugging me. It reminds me of the style of the 2000s show Angela Anaconda with all the cutout animation lol
