Need help with custom gang mod

I’m trying to download the custom gang mod but I’m confused, where am I suppose to put the files? Do I have to specifically put it in a file or do I just straight up put it in the game root, and also what files do I use the whole thing or just specific ones? I already have scripthook and idk if scripthook and scripthook v2 are the same. Can someone pls tell me how to install this mod? Thanks.
