*permanent* negativ core drain rate

Please help, i try to google the solution but found nothing.

My Core drain rate is always at -120% never more or less. Underweight? -120% Overweight? -120% .. i try to adjust the frame rate, the Solution of the game, everything.

Edit Ok, thats weird. I want to add a Screenshot to show you the problem, and idk how but now its just the health, with the -120% .. i dont get it.
