Read This/Get Over Feel Free

I am 15 to 20 feel frees a day. Never came on here but this is the only place I see a community going through the same thing. I own a gym and coach people for a living so I’m going to make a comparison. We need a program to come off of the feel frees. I have suboxone but with so much feel free in my system I don’t think I should take the suboxone yet what do I do? I think suboxone will fix a lot of the struggle and be successful. I have used suboxone in the past and had no issues with it and it had no hold on me and I didn’t withdraw when I came off of it. I have done a lot of stuff in my life and experienced withdrawals before from actual real stuff but this feel free is different I believe. If anyone knows what to do or a way to do this please I need the help. I never reached out online before but this is a community of people going through the same thing. We need a program to follow instead of just tapering or cold turkey. If I figure out a plan I will put it on here but if anyone has any tips please reach out I am hurting bad. I will owe you one for sure (send you money, free sessions to my fitness program, just saying) a lot of people here say they use 5 a day and I’m thinking I wish I was at 5 a day you will be fine after a few days don’t increase more than 5 you are still pretty safe to quit without major withdrawal symptoms. I’m at 15 to 20 a day and it has a huge hold over me from when I wake up until I go to sleep it’s crazy. I own a couple businesses and a family man but if I keep this up I will lose it all. Please someone figure out the plan to follow I will keep trying myself to figure it out but I’m reaching out for help now
