Methods for WD avoidance.
Over the last few months I’ve been doing research using myself on the effects of withdrawals on long terms kratom use. I used a set amount per day (30g) and the baseline time it takes me to enter withdrawals is about 4 1/2 hours. What I set out to do was try 1 supplement/technique each week and then see how long on average it postponed the withdrawals. The results are probably going to be obvious to some, but the most effective method by far is exercise. While vitamin C,Magnesium,Dlpa all showed 15-25% increase in time. Doing 1 hour of strenuous exercise increased the time before I noticed WD symptoms by 100-150%. This may be somewhat common knowledge, but I never had any idea it was this effective at combatting WD’s. I think this should be a key part of tapering as it should let you increase your time between doses without too much grief, which is what normally causes relapses over time.
