Was introduced to Feel Free capsules two days ago…

I went to my regular Vape shop, which is a legit store, with plethora of items…I spoke with the manager there just inquiring about Kava. As I have an alcohol use disorder and successfully finishing up dry January, I figured I would gather some concoctions to help me with relaxation, and use as an alternative to alcohol going forward, hoping to feel bliss, relaxed, chill and so forth. While I do have medical 🌱, I was looking for other alternatives, and found many people use Kava as a form of relaxation alternative to alcohol. That being said, the manager of the store directed me to the Feel Free products and a little pouch with capsules. I quickly looked on the back and I said “oooh, not interested in kratom”, he stated it’s a very minuscule amount, and it goes well with kava but that kava was the main ingredient really. Okay, so I buy it (before seeing this forum), it says 1-3 pills intake, I opted to take 2…..didn’t feel much, just a little more talkative with my partner but nothing crazy, second day, I took two, same thing not much. I decide to google this company and saw that there’s a Reddit (here) on people trying to quit these??! Thankfully I only took it twice and felt slim to nothing really from it, so I won’t go forward to purchase any more…but I’m not really understanding how this is addictive? I didn’t feel much really if anything at all? I have an addictive personality, and this didn’t ring that bell. I came across something about it being different than when it first came out? Is the product now more acceptable? Less addictive? Only reason why I am asking is, I’ve contemplated on trying 3 capsules instead to see if there’s any sensations of relaxation…but holding off till I hear from you guys.
