What supplements do you use to stop the cravings, withdrawal, or to provide a “substitute” for the FF high?
I still take kratom to negate the withdrawal, but I’d like to quit that as well. Currently my stack is as follows:
2000mg ashwaganda, 400mg L-theanine, 3000mg GABA, 1000mg acetaminophen (not a supplement, but it potentiates the kratom and allows me to take less)
I do this usually once in the morning, and once before bed. Sometimes I will do this at lunch as well if it’s a particularly rough day.
I also mix about 10g of kratom into a thermos with lemon juice and turmeric, and sip that throughout the day. And I drink TONS of Yogi brand kava tea, that stuff is amazing.
Above all I recommend the GABA. At a dose of 3000mg it provides a feeling that isn’t “euphoric” necessarily, but does give a pleasant headrush and tingling sensation that makes me think “this is good, I don’t need the FF anymore.”
This routine usually gets me to 48 hours without FF, then the anxiety and mood swings become too much, and I cave and head back to the store for 2-3 of the blue bottles. The longest I have made it is from a Sunday night to a Thursday night, and by Thursday I was feeling rather rough. Still, this is an improvement from the days I was taking 6, puking, and taking 6 more to make up for what just got flushed down the drain.
So my question is this: what supplements can I add/change that may be more effective in easing my anxiety and cravings? Is there anything that would provide a definitive relaxation feeling the way FF does? Or is there at least something that can help me care less about the high and feel more comfortable in my own skin?
