1 month update on Q

At one month on Q, I’m officially down 10 pounds! 🥳 I’m eating in a calorie deficit, tracking my macros, and doing as much exercise as I can while recovering from knee surgery. So I’m working on it for sure. But my sugar and alcohol cravings are gone, I’m not emotionally eating, and I feel really good and just in control for the first time in many years. 52 pounds to go. I hope to keep up the momentum! 🤞
