616?

anyone know wats happening in S616? I was thinking about taking my full alliance there but now im hearing rumors the state is dying and the ones there are ones that are killing it. still considering it but not if this turns out true. they also have silver queen aka feisty but she might be leaving. someone else said weapons were locked in 1 farm so no-one is using them.
