What is everyone’s thoughts on the cia gateway tapes?

Been looking into them lately and their is a lot of mixed opinions. Some say it opens up up to pure evil others say it’s been amazing and life changing. Has anyone tried these? How did you protect yourself? Did it heighten your abilities?
