People said sunlight has helped their psoriasis
Like it helped mine, but there’s patches that don’t go away like it’s still there. And sometimes I don’t even ITCH my psoriasis and I avoid itching but the next day there’s tiny dots forming in the patch and I have one on my arm and it won’t go flat
