Exclusive Levels

I’ve been playing for years and this week was the first time I’ve ever hit the Exclusive Levels. I think it means I’ve gotten to the end and there aren’t anymore characters left to do makeovers on? Anyone else in this boat? I feel like I’m Stuck in purgatory and I’m not accumulating coins on these levels!
