I want out. India to Europe.

Hi,
I'm a Product Manager with an experience of 3 years. I work at a seed stage startup. I like my job, and want to continue in this role.

I have been to Europe for a 3 month internship when I was 20. I lived in Paris, but I have heard good stories of PMs working in Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Ireland as well. I liked the work culture, the people, the laws in the country. I want to move to EU/Europe.

My question is: How do I find a job in Europe? Do companies only hire Senior PMs, or I stand a chance? For a non EU citizen, how difficult has it been for you as a PM to settle in Europe?
