I’ve met and worked with him. He was not a 10x PM. Why did this cult develop?

Edit after reading some replies calling this haterade: The tone is negative because for actual PMs their advice seems very rudimentary. The audience actually seems to be “aspiring PMs” who don’t know better than they capitalize on and take advantage of.
