Product Manager as an introvert?

Hi all,

I'm currently Senior Product Manager for a B2C product, 30 years old with 5 years of experience.

I enjoy the work, especially product strategy and discovery of new features. I also have an eye for detail and see things that our QA overlooks. I used to build websites myself (nothing fancy, with Joomla, PHP and CSS) so I have the necessary understanding to talk to our dev on a higher level. I'm number driven and also do own analytics tasks if there are no resources with BI.

However, I have 6h meetings per day - stakeholder management becomes tiring in the long run. Even if I get great feedback and am good at what I do - I'm not sure I'll want to be doing it 10 years from now.

As introvert I don't get energy from social interaction, it means I'm tired on the weekend after all the meeting marathons and need to recharge my batteries.

I miss a bit the flow state in my job, just being immersed in a task and forgetting about time. Instead of rushing from one task to the next ... However, I really want control over what I'm doing - and this is what I love about being a product manager and bringing my strategy to life ...

Are here other "introverts" who are product managers?
How do you manage a good work/life balance?

Do you also think sometimes about getting into another "more calm" position?
I even started a Python course and thinking of becoming a Dev instead ... but I assume this would be a long path, I would start as a Junior again, it would be a downgrade in salary, and most people wouldn't understand this step ... ;)
