5'9 can’t touch the rim
Feels like i’m stuck. I always do strength workouts in the gym trying to get stronger legs. I work on plyometrics too and i play basketball all year long (3 4 times a week). I have teammates at the same height as me who dunk easily. Most of them don’t even go to the gym and they increased their vertical just by playing, going for rebounds and all that (something i never was able to understand). I'm 19 and a little below 150pounds btw. I don’t put on muscle easily
