How bad is Pro Clubs customer service?

I recently order some clothing from them and I tried contacting them via email to figure out if they were still processing my order. I couldn’t log into my account either and also tried contacting their customer service and yet to receive any email back. Just curious what it’s like trying to get a response from them.
