Where is my Money??????????

I just deposited $10 but because it didn't go through the 1st time I clicked it 2 more times till I realized im down $30 from my bank account. The money is not in my account its been 30 min at the time of this post. What is going on? and can I get my money back??????? Please help!!!!!
