Why is Clinton not viewed as a once in a generation impactful president the same way is Obama is?

Obama is often viewed as a once in a lifetime candidate who left a mark on America with his presidency. People talk about him a lot and have great things to say about him and bat for him all the time. However, Clinton hardly gets the same treatment. He was the first Democrat to take the white house after 12 years of Republican control. His charisma and oratory skills are prevalent his entire career yet they get sidelined. He faced a really interesting situation with Republicans taking congress his first midterm and still had an exceptional presidency. Despite all that people hardly acknowledge he did a great job given his circumstances, But why is this the case? Thoughts?
