Perineal massage tools

Just looking into some tools for perineal massage (currently 19wks so have some time), I'm trying to find publications on any of the advertised tools for understanding and evidence but can only find the ones advertised on the website of the tool.

Has anyone used a tool? How did you find it? Would you recommend?

I keep getting advertised an inflatable balloon tool, so I am looking most into that one.
