Too good to be true???

Hi everyone, I tmfr back in September, got my period 6 weeks later. And I just tested positive but it was extremely faint. My period is due in 2 days but I’m just confused to know if this is residual HCG or if I’m really pregnant! Someone pls help me. I have to contact mfm, I just want to know if this is is happening again 🥹🤗
