Was this fair for $2650 after tax? i9 machine

I paid a local guy $2650 for this machine. I feel like I overpaid a bit for this considering it was a pain of a process. What do you think? I feel like I paid a good bit in labor just to get it put together and nothing was really "custom". Also, it took many trips and phone calls to get it all completed.
