Massive battery drain on RGB30, disconnect and reconnect of battery did not fix it

My RGB30 will go from 100% to 0% in a week or two of being completely OFF.
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
I only charge with a slow charger.
I tried both charging with the handheld OFF and ON.
I always shut down fully via the menu.

What else can I do? :(
