RTC not working on GBA emulator

I've tried everything, going into options, manually entering the RTC in the advanced settings. Using the 124K thing and nothing is working. It's stuck on 01/01/2000 at 10 am. I'm also playing on my laptop. Please help! Edit: Using Visual Boy Advanced
