Had some free credits for courtyard.io
I had some credits for being a PSA member, It seemed kinda sketchy at first, payments are funded with USDC (U.S. Dollar coin) over the poly network. You pull a random graded card from their “vending machine” it shows you what heavy hitters are possible and it constantly restocks after enough pulls, I don’t like playing loot box or hit parade bullshit but right now they’re doing a special where they’ll instantly buyback a pull for 90% of the value.
So I pull and get a shitty 2023 articuno cgc graded for $25, sold it back for 22.50, had enough to pull again and got this bad boy. This isn’t an ad I just kinda like this premise, it’s like the new PSA and eBay team up, vault and sell without ever having to handle anything and they have a whole marketplace if you wanna sell the cards you pull there or submit your own slabs to sell/auction, and the pulls so far have all been either big wins or small losses, especially with the current buyback special. My friend did the same after I told him and pulled a cgc 10 delta species holo Nidoking, sold it to an lcs for $110 in store credit. Most of these kind of “buy a mystery slab” gambles usually end up with me getting the shit end of the stick, but this one seems like playing blackjack vs the usual way which feels like playing roulette and betting on 25 red. Am I crazy?
