WTH, Pluto? Anyone else having episodes stop and start weirdly?

It has been going on for a week or so. I will be watching any random channel and get several minutes in or sometimes even be all the way in the episode and two-thirds of the episode done and at the commercial break it will go back to a previous part I have already watched and I have to watch that section all over again. Today, I have watched the beginning of this episode of Star Gate SG1 four times! It's really just on for background noise right now, so I'm not sweating it too much, but just in general what the heck happened? Anyone else having this problem?
