Falsebanned

Hey there, i tried to contact the support via your official discord but they couldnt help me out and told me that i have to write an email which i did. My problem is: Im grinding Fragpunk since 3 days constantly since i really enjoy playing it. I supported the game via ingame purchases of around 150 Euro and made it to the top 200. Then i just got banned midgame for the usage of cheats eventho i dont cheat or have anything on my computer that could cause a ban since i resetted my windows. I understand that false bans can happen but then i would appreciate a fast support that can look into this problem since its friday and i feel really really bad because i got locked out of the game i supported for no reason. I hope you can help me out on that friday evening.
