Newbie needs help!

Hi guys. I’m new to fish keeping. I have a beta fish and two snails in a tank with plants that I grew. There’s been this crazy algae bloom lately that I tried to clean them came right back. I’ve been using this solution and it still keeps coming back. I don’t run the light excessively and it’s not in direct sunlight. Any thoughts?
