Planning have suggest a minor change on our plans - if we do it is it safe to say we will get the planning permission?
We have request planning permission for a rear extension of our property.
We sent in plans and someone came to look at the property, they have suggest a very minor change to the plans to stop some brick work being covered.
This is absolutely fine with us and we have the architect changing the plans to match what they suggested.
So what I’m asking is it safe to say the plans will be approved? Or is it possible that even though we have agreed the changes it could still get rejected?
