Chicago Tavern style first time

First time trying Chicago tavern style in the home oven with pizza steel. I followed the Kenji Lopez recipe and have to say I loved it !

I don’t really have anything to compare it to having never been to Chicago and living in London , UK. But it certainly had the described cracker crust. Very happy
