Sons Of The Forest Multiplayer Help

HI, just to clarify, I'm a rookie pirate and I'd appreciate not being made fun of for asking questions on a subreddit dedicated to helping others.

As of recent, I installed sons of the forest from g4u to, the most updated version, and I was wondering how I can install the "Online fix" addition I've heard about, that grants multiplayer access to these games. I also launch most of my cracks through steam custom library, and I know you have to have steam open for the game to run. Hoping to get some help with this, thanks! <3
