Anyway to download files from PayHip for free?

There's these brushes an artist is selling on PayHip, but I cannot be bothered giving 5 bucks for them. I live off of cheap commissions and most of my income goes back into food and bills.

I've heard D-loggers could do the trick? Can someone direct me where I could look into decent ones, or how to even do this?
