Tongue piercing after pulling out

Hii, a year ago I pull out my tongue piercing after wearing it for a year and a half. I never had any issues with it, it heald perfectly fine. Now I just want to go back to it. Do I have to go to piercer to make new hole or can I just buy piercing for it and kind of "push it in" again? I know the best option is to go to piercer but in my town it cost too much money rn, so I rether do it myself. If not, I'll just say whatever
